The staff has always been excellent. The facilities were good. The quiet location near a bus station was just what I needed. I had an amazing experience at Shanghai Hotel Holland. The stunning 5-star quality suite I stayed in was beyond my expectations, especially considering the budget hotel prices. The restaurant at the hotel served excellent food and the overall service was impeccable. The location was also very convenient, being nearby Delft and easily accessible if you have a car. The staff were polite and responsive, always ready to assist. Despite a few minor drawbacks of the hotel, such as the cleanliness and worn-out towels, I would still highly recommend Shanghai Hotel Holland for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I was extremely satisfied with my experience.

Excellent bedroom, very good lounge area on ground floor, excellent breakfast, excellent parking, and very customer friendly staff English speaking.

Unsure of Chinese food as only choice for evening meals. Buffet good but not same for évery night when you could easily provide alternative. Few dessertd would also be good to enhance overall choice available.

Hotel is near the highway, is clean and basic. Also has a chinese restaurant in the building. Many chinese did visit, so it must be good (we did not eat there). It is good for staying a night, but nothing special. WIth the price however it makes a good deal.

I recently stayed at Shanghai Hotel for business and found it to be perfect for my needs. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the onsite restaurant served delicious meals. I also enjoyed the lively atmosphere in the lobby bar. The location, while not in the center, was ideal for my business stay. I had a great experience at Shanghai Hotel.

Easy access from motorway, tea & coffee facilities in room. Restaraunt on site, full breakfast included in price.

Attitude of reception staff, they would be happier if they had no customers. On 2nd day the room was not cleaned out until late in the afternoon even though we had been out for o.ver 7 hours. Had to wait in reception for 1 hour waiting on the cleaner getting to our room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The rooms were exactly like on the picture, with a comfortable big bed and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast, included in the stay, was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs.

We had a fantastic stay at Shanghai Hotel Holland in Delft. The room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location allowed for a peaceful and quiet environment away from the city center. We enjoyed taking the nearby walking/cycling path, which brought us to the city center in just 20 minutes. The free parking facilities were an added convenience. The hotel also had a restaurant with excellent food, making dinner a delightful experience. The staff were kind and polite throughout our stay. The delicious breakfast provided a great start to our day. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Delft.

Comfortable bed, despite hosting a wedding party no noise disturbance. Rich breakfast with high quality disposable products. Decent sized room, clean towels and bed linen. Polite and helpful staff. Free parking and excellent bus/tram connections.

The bed in the room was great but the extra bed when sharing the room was not great. I enjoyed the 'real' bed.

They had a terrible computer system. They seemed unable to change or adjust for billing.
